The Aim of the NWMM

At NWMM we deliver person centred support services to people experiencing homelessness. Our services are designed to help put people’s lives back on track and include:

temporary accommodation provision at our Men’s Hostel or Clarendon Shelter for Women and Children
tailored support provided by a trained Key Worker to assist clients address the issues that contributed to their homelessness
sign posting to professional support services that may be needed
resettlement and tenancy support once clients are ready to move back into independent living
a Drop – In Centre for clients who have left our accommodation to socialise, maintain contact with friends they have made and access support if needed.

Parent / Toddlers Group

Our dedicated volunteers at Clooney Hall provide a Parent & Toddler Group to help new Mum’s or Dad’s socialise and meet each other for valuable peer support and activities.

The group meets each Monday during school term time.
Seniors Luncheon Club

Our dedicated volunteers at Clooney Hall also provide a Luncheon Club for our Older Citizens every Tuesday. The Luncheon Club is extremely popular and provides an excellent opportunity for our Older Citizen’s to meet once a week over some good food and enjoy good company and after dinner activities.

It is no surprise to us that the efforts of out dedicated volunteers has earned them the prestigious Queens Award for Volunteering.
Clooney Hall Congregation

The Clooney Hall Congregation continues its life of worship and service. It seeks to provide spiritual support to all who are involved, recognising that our commitment is to the whole person. As a Congregation we have regular involvement in the wider community through the Girls Brigade Company and preparation for children’s baptisms. A number of the congregation are regularly involved as volunteers in the other projects of the NWMM.
